The " Partnership Charter" explains why and how GFI Informatique seeks win-win alliances with selected partners.

As an integrator of components and products from numerous suppliers (manufacturers, software publishers, etc.), GFI Informatique has come to a limited number of strategic long-term partnerships with market leaders. These add to the Group's competitive advantages and complete its services offering.

GFI Informatique's partners can be from any of three categories:

• Manufacturers and integrators: mainly partnerships to meet customers' needs for specific projects. These agreements are flexible with no exclusive commitment for GFI Informatique over the long term.
  
  
• Software publishers: these are long-term partners that enable GFI Informatique to roll out its integration skills for the leading software applications in any given field. The Group also acts as a value added distributor for some partners, such as SAP.
  
  
• "Business sector" partners: : GFI Informatique draws on the skills of some of the best specialists in the business areas and industries in which it operates. The objective of these alliances is to develop specialist skills in our customers' core businesses.

Main partners
